Bromsgrove Circuits

We are pleased to announce that we will be bringing our AU Fit Circuit sessions to Bromsgrove. We will be running weekly Circuits at Aston Fields Middle School. The session runs from 7pm - 8pm. Start date to be confirmed.

Circuits are a great, fun way to work out and costs just £3.50 for an extensive full body workout with personal trainer Tom Underhill. We can't wait to get started.
