AU Sports Subscription Terms & Conditions

 

By subscribing to an AU Sports membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Payments & Billing

• Subscriptions operate on a monthly rolling basis, with payments automatically deducted from the card/account used for the initial payment.

• It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure payments are successfully processed each month to secure their place in sessions.

• AU Sports reserves the right to suspend or cancel a subscription if payment fails and is not rectified within 7 days.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

• Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. You can choose to:

a) End the subscription immediately, losing access to future sessions.

b) Continue access until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the subscription will not renew.

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions within an active subscription period.

• Cancellations must be made manually through your AU Sports online account.

• If you request AU Sports to cancel your subscription on your behalf, an administration fee equal to one month’s subscription will be charged.

 

3. Session Cancellations & Changes

• AU Sports reserves the right to cancel or amend sessions at any time due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

✅ Venue unavailability

✅ Severe weather conditions

✅ Staffing issues or unforeseen operational concerns

• Refunds will not be issued for cancelled sessions. Where possible, we will attempt to reschedule or offer alternative options.

 

4. Subscription Modifications

• AU Sports reserves the right to adjust pricing, session availability, or terms of service at any time.

• Any changes to pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

 

5. Liability & Participant Responsibility

• AU Sports is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in our sessions.

• Subscribers must ensure participants meet the age, health, and ability requirements for their chosen sessions.

• AU Sports reserves the right to refuse participation if a child’s behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

 

6. Data & Privacy

• By subscribing, you agree to AU Sports securely storing your contact and payment details for processing subscription payments.

• We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

 

By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
