We are very much looking forward to bringing circuit training to Astwood Bank in just over a months time. Starting on Thursday 3rd November, we will be located at Ridgeway Academy on Evesham Road, Astwood Bank every Thursday from 7pm till 8pm. The sessions will be lead by qualified and experienced personal trainer Tom Underhill. If you have a target in mind for your fitness, whether it be muscle gain, weight loss, increased strength, speed or stamina, we will get you there. All equipment is provided, so just turn up and we will provide everything you need.
