What to Expect
A block of up to 7 weeks, depending on the half term length.
A range of Multi Skills activities to Include:
Fundamental movements - Running, Hopping, Skipping, Jumpting etc.
Sport Skills - Ball Striking, Catching, Throwing, Ball skills using hands and feet
Game play - Teamwork, tactical understanding
Each week is varied, with some sessions set up as a circuit of drills and some as games.
