In light of the current situation. We have made an adjustment to our timetable and services. Some of you will have already seen the new fitness classes advertised via social media.
All of our new services are limited in numbers, as your safety and the safety of the wider community is our number one priority. We are already using measures, in line with government guidelines, to try to ensure that our sessions do not risk the spread of infection. We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust our sessions accordingly.
Due to limiting the numbers at sessions, we have made a change to the way that sessions can be booked. Sessions can be booked up to 7 days in advance and are booked entirely on a first come first serve basis. All bookings MUST be made online either via the website or app. 6 week passes and weekly passes give unlimited access to all sessions during that time period but each individual session MUST still be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
(Those that booked this weeks sessions via text to Tom, your places are already booked, so no need to do anything. Those that have bought weekly passes/6 week passes will be given a discount code so that you can book onto sessions during that time for free)

All of our classes will be a mixture of bodyweight exercises and running with no equipment to keep the sessions as safe and clean as possible.
🔴MONDAY: 11.00-12.00am
⚫️TUESDAY: 6.10-7.00pm (Beginners) & 7.00-7.50pm
🔴WEDNESDAY: 9.30-10.30am
⚫️ THURSDAY: 6.10-7.00pm (Beginners) & 7.00-7.50pm
🔴SATURDAY: 8.00-9.00am
⚫️SUNDAY: 9.00-10.00am
All classes are £5.00 per session and will be held at Astwood Bank Cricket Club.
We feel that, during these times in particular, maintaining your physical and mental well being is essential. If you can do so at home rather than going out please do so.
