Netball Sessions & Team Pathway Weekly sessions running on a Monday and Wednesday 5pm-6pm Our netball sessions focus on building core skills, game sense and confidence in a fun supportive environment. Each week players work on: Ball skills - Passing, catching, footwork and shooting technique Movement & positioning - Court awareness, attacking/defending and the rules of the game. Fitness & agility - Speed balance and coordination drills Match play - Netball games to put skills into practice. Sessions are grouped by age so every player is challenged at the right level.
