We have now made it possible to securely complete an online consent form for our School Holiday Sports days. If your child is booked on to be with us, this is now the most effective way of ensuring that the details that we have are up to date and correct. All you need to do is follow the links, register/log in and complete the forms. The new 'members' tab in the menu is where you can maintain your information if anything needs changing.
