Activity 1:
Traitors Secret Agent
50 minutes
Method:
- Select 2 teams
- Explain the normal rules of secret agent dodgeball
- At the beginning of the game select players for each team to be the traitors.
- The traitors play on the team that they were selected on but are secretly playing for the opposition!
- At the end of each game, there will be a vote for each team to try and figure out who their traitors are.
- The player for each team with the most votes is banished to the other team
- If you banish a traitor, you have the advantage of having less traitors within your team and a better chance of winning.
- New traitors can be recruited by the coach at any time
- If a team gets rid of all of their traitors, select new traitors and start again.
Teaching Points:
- If you are a traitor, you have to give your team an advantage as best you can, without being discovered. You can let them know who the secret agent is (its up to you how you do this). Try not to get caught though!
- If you are a faithful, can you work out who is working against you in your team, so that you can vote them out at the end of the game!
