Roary is more than just a lion—he’s our playful, energetic mascot who lives and breathes everything AU stands for: fun, fairness, friendship and fearless effort.
He’s always ready to kick, catch, throw, and cheer on every child who joins an AU Sports session, club, or camp. Whether it’s football, cricket, netball—or just running around and laughing with friends—Roary is there to remind us all why we started playing sport in the first place.
Roary doesn’t care if you’re the fastest, the strongest, or the best.
He cares if you’re trying your best, looking after your teammates, and having loads of fun.

Fierce, fearless, and full of fun – Lily the Lioness is the proud mascot of Lioness Girls Football, proudly wearing her signature red kit. She’s not just about scoring goals; Lily’s mission is to show every girl that football is for them – bold, exciting, and full of joy.
With her bright red top, powerful pawwork, and unstoppable energy, Lily is always on the pitch encouraging young players to give it their best shot. She stands for confidence, courage, and kindness, making sure everyone feels welcome on and off the field.
Whether you’re new to football or already in love with the game, Lily will be right there with you – cheering you on, helping you grow, and reminding you that the most important thing is to enjoy every minute.
